María de la Paz Elizabeth Sofía Adriana de la Huerta[1] ([pas de la ˈweɾ.ta]; nacida el 3 de septiembre de 1984) es una actriz y modelo estadounidense. Destaca por sus papeles en las películas The Cider House Rules (1999), A Walk to Remember (2002), Choke (2008), Enter the Void (2009), Nurse 3D (2013), y como Lucy Danziger en la serie dramática de HBO Boardwalk Empire.
De la Huerta empezó a trabajar como modelo en su adolescencia y se convirtió en modelo de pasarela antes de pasar al cine. Debutó en el cine con un pequeño papel en la comedia romántica de 1998 The Object of My Affection, y al año siguiente apareció junto a Michael Caine y Charlize Theron en The Cider House Rules. En 2002, actuó junto a Shane West y Mandy Moore en Un paseo para recordar, una película de drama romántico estadounidense basada en la novela de Nicholas Sparks.
