In your case, on August 3rd your Business Account will have limited operability for two months, and then it will stop operating. However, some services will stop working a few days before, specifically, you will be able to use your cards only until July 24.

2- As of July 1, customers with ING Direct Business Account POS terminals will not have to pay maintenance, installation or rental fees.
