Therefore, to counterbalance the quality of its sushi, Sushita decides to invest heavily in the premises, paying high rents in the best neighborhoods of Madrid, and to do the rest in decorating each place as cool as possible.
And as it is undeniable that, even if girls and boys have the same good palate and criteria, sometimes girls tend to prefer the cute places, while guys are more of taverns or grills, Sushita gets that, for many, it is a great plan to go to dinner at their restaurants, either as a dinner for friends, or for a date plan with their partners.
No one can refute that, if we put the same quality of Sushita in a Japanese restaurant with austere decoration and located in streets that do not have the level of Paseo de la Habana, Alberto Aguilera, Miguel Angel or Velazquez, no one of those who now go to Sushita would go.
Therefore, based on a very good business idea, the partners of Sushita, including the aristocrat Luis Sartorius and his wife, have set up this chain of Japanese restaurants whose success is being resounding.

The germ of Grupo Sushita was a home delivery company; «we were serving a top restaurant in Madrid and we saw the market opportunity for sushi,» explains Sandra Segimón in conversation with El Independiente. «A healthy, ethnic product, impossible to make at home» were the characteristics that made them think of sushi as a key piece of their business.
A disagreement with a customer pushed the Sushita Group into the restaurant business. The blow was very hard, but it ended well. That loss represented «25% of sales and left us in a situation of enormous risk. It forced our entry into the restaurant business, an idea we were already considering».
Sandra, Natacha and José Manuel were new to dealing directly with consumers, but they already had extensive experience in the business world. They took advantage of their business network and in 2014 they opened their first Sushita Café on Alberto Aguilera street in Madrid: «We had a great team with trained people and the best raw material».

It aspires to become a benchmark for quality Japanese cuisine at competitive prices.
The restaurant has a large sushi bar, where the sushiman will prepare the food in an artisanal way, live and on the spot, a charcoal stove to prepare one of the star dishes -the sirloin tataki-, a 30m2 terrace -ideal for afterwork-, a shoeshine service and a lounge reserved for more private celebrations. In addition, several performances by nationally and internationally renowned DJs are planned.

For a thousand and one reasons, but let’s start with the most obvious: the food. The menu of Madame Sushita, which can also be tasted on the terrace, incorporates many novelties that will leave the most demanding foodies with their mouths open.
Two large red bookshelves full of oriental-inspired books welcome you to Madame Sushita and a huge fireplace contrasts with the vegetable and Art Noveau walls. Cutlery and tableware have been carefully selected in each dish so that the staging breathes the genuine harmony that characterizes Japanese culture.
