WordPress vs blogger: 10 notes to determine the better one
Tell us, Patricia, why, when and how your passion for healthy eating and natural wellness was born: It was born out of obligation. I am allergic and intolerant to quite a few foods. After my first anaphylaxis, my allergist at the hospital told me not to eat alone, because I had become very delicate and it could happen to me at any moment. From then on I became very concerned about what I ate. That concern became my passion. And then it became my profession.
For some time now you have had the blog Yo sí ke komo and you have already written several books on nutrition and wellness (Yo sí que como, Yo sí que cocino, Yo sí que me cuido…). How did you become a writer: Well, as a result of the blog I was contacted by several publishers. I don’t consider myself a writer. I simply write what I think about how to take care of yourself.
How many posts do you have to have before you start to
Finally we are going to learn to eat well, to take care of ourselves and to look great in the simplest way. How? With Patricia Pérez and her blog “Yosikekomo”, in which she will transmit all her knowledge in nutrition and naturopathy -she has become Alaska’s nutritional “coach”- with the naturalness, closeness and vitality with which she captivated the viewers of “Mamma Mía” or “Vuélveme loca”.
-Patricia, why did you start studying in this field? Because I am allergic to many foods and I have had several serious reactions. Many people don’t know they are intolerant and live with discomfort, such as gastritis or headaches, but they don’t blame it on food because they think they have just eaten a little baked fish…, although that is not always the case. Life depends, to a great extent, on what we eat; that is why I started natural therapies, naturopathy, energetic diet therapy, orthomolecular nutrition and diet therapy based on Chinese natural medicine.
-What do you talk about in it? About the foods I eat and the ones I don’t abuse (potato chips, for example, are the worst because they generate many free radicals), how I make my creams and my anti-cellulite, because I have also done natural cosmetics, makeup and sport. The body is like a candle, with food and lifestyle habits you can make the flame is good or consumed in a second. The body is not a car that you put gas in and that’s it. We underestimate it.

Her life changed when she ate a cookie and was about to die, a cab driver saved her life and she will never forget it. After that, her interest in knowing her body, what we eat and why we react in a certain way led her to study and train in food and nutrition, combining it with her career as a television presenter. Today she helps numerous people from her center, and her professional development as a naturopath has become her true passion.
And so much… I suffered an anaphylaxis, a multiorgan shock that almost took me to the other side of the street. I am here thanks to Antonio Luján, a cab driver who picked me up unconscious and totally disfigured from the street, near my house. When I left the hospital, the allergist told me never to eat alone, nothing raw, not in restaurants, not this, not that, because I was very delicate and hyper-reactive. So just imagine.
What is happening, that there are more and more people with food intolerances, do you think there is any relation with bad nutrition? Could having abandoned the way we used to eat have influenced this increase?
How to create a blog step by step
14/02/2015 Softcover While I believe that this book can serve as an introduction to those who have no idea of nutrition, I must say that certain concepts are wrong or taken very close to the hair, having even misspelled terms. It is also true that the author clarifies that she is not a nutritionist and only intends to give some guidelines for good nutrition. Having said that, what really disappointed me was the writing of the book, the incorrect punctuation and certain jumps in the topics make it difficult to follow the thread. It felt more like a rough draft than an edited book.
From the point of view of someone who knows closely what Eating Disorders are, it is foolish and a reflection of the nutritional misinformation that society suffers, and that this book represents having reached the third edition (to which I have contributed by buying it, not without contributing my criticism of it).
02/10/2014 Softcover I loved it, it is not at all the typical diet book, it is more about the functioning of the organism in general. I bought it in ebook format and I will also buy it in paper format since I plan to read it again.
