It was a disastrous experience, they tried to force associated products on me, although in their advertising they say that they don’t force you to have associated products, but they practically force you. Then the interest rates higher than the competition, nothing clear and little professionalism.
I do not share the negative opinions about UCI. I consulted this forum before contracting the mortgage with them and the comments I read made me hesitate. Finally, in July 2017 I took the step and financed the purchase of my apartment with UCI. Everything went smoothly, but I preferred not to put anything until after a while. Today (2021) I can say that they are great, not a single problem. Obviously the interest rate they charge me is in the high end of the market, but they financed 96% of the price!!!!
When I have needed help to pay the mortgage due to personal problems, they have taken care of me with luxury and have empathized with me giving me viable solutions for my situation. You have to go with the truth and they help you a 10 as a person.
